Format:
Rated/K-12: 4 round Swiss, Game in 25 with 3 second delay (G/25,d3)

One 1/2 point bye available if requested before the beginning of round 2

Sections:
Rated Open: Requires a current US Chess membership to play.
K-12 Unrated: Open to players grades K-12.
All games played under US Chess tournament regulations.

Round Times;
Rated/K-12: 10:00, 11:30, 1:30, 3:00 (or ASAP)

Entry Fee:
Rated Open: $20 (50% of entries go to support the JPL Children’s Department and Chess Club)
K-12: FREE

Prizes:
Rated Open: 50% of entries as prizes
Top-2 finishers guaranteed prizes Additional prizes possible based on turnout
K-12: Top-2 finishers given awards.

Registration: Advance registration requested. Rated entries can be paid on 12/11/2021 or mailed in advance
Players in the Rated Open must have a current USCF membership.
